We work with many landlords who do not live in the Boston area.
We specialize in providing services for landlords all over the world. We have managed properties for landlords living across the globe, including Singapore, China, the United Kingdom, India, the United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, and the Netherlands. In addition, we have managed properties for landlords all over the United States. We have worked with several landlords on the West Coast in California and Washington, as well as landlords in Washington D.C., Texas, New Jersey, Virginia, Indiana, Maine, and all Massachusetts.
Our primary strength in working with distant landlords is our ability to communicate effectively. We strive to maintain ongoing and open communication with all landlords. We ensure that they are consistently informed about any issues or concerns regarding their tenants, as well as any maintenance issues that may arise.
